The concept

Elanora, an aboriginal word for “home by the sea”, is a private villa located in a quiet part of the south west coast of Bali . With its unique location, Villa Elanora offers a great variety of options, from total seclusion of uninterrupted privacy to close proximity to the vibrant neighbouring trendy Seminyak. The inspiration of the architectural aesthetics was based on the richness of the Balinese culture. This wondrous region is unique in the world, rich with tradition that stimulates all senses.

Tactility, Lightness, Tranquility and Ambiguity

As a firm believer of classical and native-based architectural designs, a team of Balinese architect and builders were commissioned to build Villa Elanora. The theme was a strictly sensorial perception. Tactility brings us back to the basic essence of touch, smell, and visual stimulations.

The villa boasts the elegant loftiness and lightness of a traditional alang-alang roof. The lightness of the thatched roof forms an inseparable part of the unique features on the traditional Balinese dwellings. The design and the finishes of the roof also exhibit the elegance and simplicity of these materials, as well as demonstrating the craftsmanship of Balinese architecture.

The View

Due to its extremely close proximity to the Brawa surf beach (200metres). The sunset view is naturally on display as is , accessible from the villa's wide balcony. In the morning, the cloudless skies allow the majestic Mount Batur and Mount Agung for viewing pleasures. Early morning walk on Brawa beach leads to a nearby fishing village. where you can bargain with the local fisherman for the catch of the day.

Family Friendly

The villa is professionally managed to the highest standards with trained staff to attend guests' needs, which includes food and beverage requirements, villa daily cleaning, maintenance and essential repairs, transportation, tours and sightseeing.

The villa is equipped with modern utilities with “safety first” in mind. Every bedroom and the kitchen are equipped with ionization smoke alarms. Two fire extinguishers are also installed in the kitchen and top floor bedroom. First Aid kit is also provided together with lists of nearest clinic and western standard hospitals.The swimming pool shallowest depth is 0.4 m, sloping to the deepest end of 1.8m. We strongly advise strict supervision of children and toddlers around the pool area by a capable adult, as the pool is not fenced. However, it is possible to close and lock all the doors at the villa, creating a definite and secured boundary separating the pool area to the villa.
